Reserve a property
So you've seen one of our houses that you like and want to take it? Here are the simple 5 steps needed to make the property yours.
Step 1 - Check the paperwork
Here are copies of the tenancy agreements and guarantor form. Please check the relevant ones to make sure you understand and agree to the terms and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us. These are only samples so there is no need to sign anything at this stage.

Step 2 - Tell us you want the house
Please ring us on 07941278177 or email us at [email protected] and let us know you want to reserve the property.
Step 3 - Fill in the contact form
For us to draft the real tenancy agreements we need you to please provide us with everyone in the group's full name and email address. The easiest way to do that is by using this form.
Step 4 - Send us your deposit
Please get the lead tenant to send us a single bank transfer for the deposit of £2000(unless we've agreed the reduced deposit option of £750) to our bank. Name: Johann Rowan. Account number: 61400866. Sort code: 50-42-37.
Step 5 - Finalise the paperwork
Having received your full deposit and a completed contact form we will take the property off the market and draft the tenancy agreement and guarantor forms using your provided information. We use electronic signing to do all our paperwork so you'll shortly afterwards receive a further email with full instructions of how to complete the agreements. We will also send you a direct debit form to fill in as well as a more detailed tenant questionnaire. After all the paperwork has been completed the house is yours!
