From the second we moved in, we had a handwritten welcome card and from then on Johann did his utmost to make us feel comfortable and happy in our new home. Whenever we had a problem with the house, he emailed back very promptly to either help us sort it ourselves or arrange a date so he could come and sort it or send out a maintenance team. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism Johann had and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Also the house itself was in impeccable condition.
