We are a family run property rental business that prides ourselves on our professionalism and tenant satisfaction.
Our love for property started after purchasing our first 8 bedroom house in Fallowfield at auction in 2004 whilst studying a Computer Science with Business and Management degree at Manchester University. Living in the property and renting out the extra rooms to fellow university friends has given me a keen insight into student houses that many Landlords simply don't have. Many only see tenants as an income stream and begrudge them any help during their tenancy, I know you have better things to worry about than property problems and first and foremost want to ensure you get what you came to university for:

We have continued investing in property always focusing on the best locations where we could add value and create homes to be proud of. Our portfolio of student houses now range from 2 - 8 beds, the business is large enough to manage full time, but small enough to give our full attention to and keep to the strict management standards our tenants expect and deserve.
In our 10+ years of experience as professional landlords we have grown to understand the needs of our tenants and the property market, we have worked hard to have some of the nicest rented houses in Manchester and to become one of the few Code+ Landlords with Manchester Student Homes. Through showing continued professional development (CPD) we have become an accredited landlord with the National Landlords Association and have met with the council's property team at Landlord forums to keep abreast of changes to the student housing market and have even appeared in Manchester University's student newspaper as a example of what a good Landlord should be. We know what to do if problems occur and have a strong trustworthy team of contractors we can rely on in the event of problems arising.
